These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pub007 ("pub007", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pub007 online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, software, games, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the pub007 Platform in any capacity.

To register and maintain an Account on pub007, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis:

• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure.

• You do not currently hold any other active or previously suspended Account on pub007.

• You are registering voluntarily and for entertainment purposes only.
• All information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete.

Each person may register only one Account. Registering multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances obtained through prohibited means.

pub007 is required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity and age of all registered players before permitting real-money activity. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 90 days)

pub007 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict gameplay, or close an Account pending the completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable period notified by pub007 may be closed and balances returned to the last verified payment method on file.

All documents submitted are processed in accordance with pub007's Privacy Policy and are handled with strict confidentiality.

All financial transactions on pub007 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise indicated. pub007 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank
• Cryptocurrency: Selected cryptocurrencies as listed on the cashier page

Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking hours. pub007 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification in full.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified real-money Balance (bonus funds are subject to separate withdrawal conditions).
• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible, consistent with anti-money laundering obligations.
• pub007 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours for verified accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically complete within minutes once approved.
• pub007 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

pub007 offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms disclosed at the point of the offer, which supplement and in cases of conflict take precedence over these general Terms with respect to that specific promotion.

General bonus terms that apply to all pub007 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• pub007 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that any promotion already accepted by a player will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, exploiting system errors, or coordinating wagers to guarantee a bonus outcome — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in Account closure.

All games available on pub007 are provided by licensed third-party game developers and are independently certified for RNG (Random Number Generator) fairness by accredited testing laboratories. pub007 does not alter game outcomes in any manner.

By placing a wager on pub007, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software and are final once a round is completed.
• In the event of a game malfunction or system error, pub007 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the respective player Accounts.
• pub007 is not liable for losses arising from game or connectivity interruptions caused by factors outside pub007's control, including internet service failures, device issues, or third-party software errors.
• Sports betting odds and lines are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time your bet is accepted constitute the final odds for that wager.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at pub007's discretion. pub007 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pub007 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account on pub007.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or wagering activity.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering intended to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law or applicable international regulations.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pub007 staff or other players through any channel.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from pub007.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction methods on any part of the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by pub007.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pub007, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

pub007's total liability to any player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the aggregate real-money Balance held in that player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

pub007 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability, for which pub007 shall not be liable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pub007's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pub007 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on pub007, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pub007 may be required to share certain player information with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other regulatory and law enforcement bodies as required by Philippine law. Such disclosures are made strictly in compliance with applicable legal obligations and do not constitute a breach of privacy on pub007's part.

pub007 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to registered players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate implementation is required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of your remaining Balance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You acknowledge that pub007 is a PAGCOR-regulated operator and that PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures may apply to certain player complaints. pub007 will co-operate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.
